Amenities
- FREE use of BBQ griller, tables, chairs, lechon table, and half basketball court.
- Exclusive use of swimming pool and place for the whole day (10am - 5pm).
- Use of air-condition KTV ROOM with CR, Capacity of 20 persons (P200.00 per hour rate).
- No corkage fee for food and drinks.
Resort Policy
- Any Alcoholic Drinks, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, firearms, and person/s under influence of alcohol or drugs are restrictedly not allowed inside or outside the vicinity.
- Outside catering is restrictedly not allowed (We have our own catering service see rates tab for details).
- Cotton. maong, shorts, zipper are not allowed to wear in the swimming pool.
- Children should be accompany by their guardian in swimming the pool. No life guard on-duty.
- Food, drinks, plastic, and glass bottles are not allowed near the swimming pool area.
- Splitting, vomiting, and pooping inside the pool will be penalized.
- Time minimum schedule is 10am - 5pm (7hrs) per event per day. (Additional P200.00 per hour for time extension but restrictedly until 8:00pm is the maximum time extension.
- We strongly implementing our resort policies. Violators will be penalized according to their violations.
- This establishment is 24/7 monitored by high resolution cctv-camera with motion sensors inside and out the vicinity.
